Returning Families

Enrollment opens March 5, 2019  

An email will be sent on how to enroll your student.

Class Registration opens March 13, 2019 @ 9 am

An email with directions on how to register for classes will be sent once enrollment is received.

Add/Drop with no penalty until May 31, 2019

Until May 31, 2019 with no penalties.

After May 31, 2019 the deposit will still be due for any registered class.

After the 2nd week of classes, you will need to go to the office to withdraw from any class.

Class Withdraw

If you decide to withdraw your student from any class or the entire program, any tuition payments made on the first day of the class will be refunded only if you withdraw from a class after its first meeting. After the first week of class (before the second class), no refunds will be made if you choose to withdraw from a class. If you have opted to pay biannually or monthly, the balance of your tuition due for the year will still be due to PCLA.

 

All fees are nontransferable from student to student. Any requests for exceptions to these refund policies should be made in writing to the PCLA Board of Directors for consideration.
