The goal of the class is to help high school students gain an appreciation for and an overview of the scientific field of Psychology. Using a combination of lectures, papers, activities and projects, students will learn the names of significant scientists in the history of Psychology and the main concepts covered in the discipline of Psychology. In addition, we will discuss the various ways that the concepts of Psychology are in accord with or are contrary to the teachings of Christianity. This is a basic photography class that will emphasize the two main areas of technique and visual awareness.
