How to Apply

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application

 

When to Apply

  • Applications for the 2020-2021 school year will be accepted beginning March 3, 2020.

  • Enrollment for new families begins March 19, 2020.

  • Class Registration for new families opens March 31, 2020.

 

Steps to Admission for 2020 - 2021

 

STEP ONE:

Click Here to schedule an informational tour.

 

STEP TWO:

Review materials on our website; discuss and pray as a family.

 

STEP THREE:

Complete the Online Application and submit the Application Fee

Elementary is $50 per student; Middle School and High School is $75 per student

This is a one-time nonrefundable fee.

 

STEP FOUR:

  • Once your Application has been submitted and we have received your student's two recommendations letters, a Letter of Acceptance will be sent by email with enrollment instructions.

  • You will then fill out the online enrollment forms and pay the $120 enrollment fee (for the first child) to enroll in our program. The enrollment fee for each additional child is $60.

  • The enrollment fee is paid once per year in the spring and is non-refundable.

 

STEP FIVE:

Once we have received your enrollment packet,  you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to register your student for classes.

 

STEP SIX:

Receive confirmation from the registrar of class registration via email.

Class Deposits are now due and will post to your FACTS Account.

STEP SEVEN:

Purchase all required textbooks to have by the parent meeting, as homework for the first class will be given that night.

Purchase uniforms from Land's End to have to wear the first day of classes.
