General Agreements

I understand that I am financially responsible for remitting full payment for each test that I have registered for above. I understand that I must submit payment in full within 7 business days or my registration will be removed.

I understand that there are no make up dates for testing.

I understand that there are no refunds should the student be absent on either of the test dates.

I understand that the student(s) must be present for both days of testing: April 19th and April 20th
